Dustin Hawkins played baseball in the Houston Astros organization and was a student-athlete at Wichita State University. He holds master’s degrees in business administration and educational instructional leadership. He’s the author of WAR, Coached by the Lord, Coached by the Devil, and Coached by the Holy Ghost in the School of Addiction series. Through his SOAR nonprofit recovery gym (established in 2010), Dustin focuses on helping both youth and adults struggling with substance abuse and mental health. He also works in secondary education and serves as a strength and conditioning coach for student-athletes. He writes and coaches from the trenches—drawing everything he shares from his own battle with addiction, depression, and anxiety.

Autumn Hawkins brings a wealth of experience from her diverse roles as a gym owner, CrossFit Games athlete, and coach. Known for her realistic and comforting approach, Autumn focuses on the complete picture of her clients' lives, tailoring her strategies to fit their individual needs. Her coaching philosophy is grounded in practicality, aiming to integrate health and fitness seamlessly into everyday life.

Mark Dice, MSN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in nursing and healthcare. He earned his nursing degree from Weber State University and completed his master’s degree and Family Nurse Practitioner training at Regis College. Most of his career was spent in home health and hospice, where he learned that the most important elements of medicine are compassion, access, and quality of life.

Mark is the founder of Kameo Wellness, a practice focused on personalized, transformational care—including hormone optimization, peptide therapy, IV treatments, and in-depth blood panel reviews. He has been part of the SOAR community since 2016, trains with the barbell, understands the culture, and has spent years working with men to improve health, performance, and overall well-being.
